Rentr is designed for landlords, tenants and tradesmen with their relationship at its heart. A relationship founded upon the values of trust, communication, fairness, transparency, mutuality and collaboration.
In this way, we enable landlords and tenants to save on time and money, make more informed decisions and ultimately remove the stress and negative associations of today’s renting experience. With tradesmen included, we help when issues arise by connecting you with your own contacts or we can recommend a local, trusted tradesman to help fix the problem.

If you're a landlord:
Save time and money, make more informed decisions and manage your tenancies with confidence and feel safe in the knowledge that Rentr is helping you comply with the latest regulation.
1 Add your property name and address.
2 Add your current tenancy details and send your tenants an invite to connect.
3 Upload important documents.
Rentr can then automatically pass documents onto tenants for confirmation of receipt and remind you when they're due.

If you're a tenant:
Your landlord will setup the tenancy and invite you to join. If they aren't on Rentr yet, you will be able to send them an invite.

From there, you can raise issues, set reminders, check in on your home's compliance documents and chat with your housemates and landlord together in one place.

If you’re a tradesman:
Interact with Rentr through the app, website, email or SMS - we're here to help you grow your business reach and make it easier to coordinate with your clients and their tenants on-the-go.

2 When a landlord raises or receives an issue, the details are forwarded on to you for quotes and scheduling.
3 If you have an account with CheckATrade, connect it to your Rentr account and we'll put your name in front of new clients.
